Thin-Walled, High-Speed Injection-Molded Products for Food and Medical Use
We utilize high-cycle injection molding machines to produce products that require high standards of safety and cleanliness, including food packaging containers such as food containers and chilled beverage containers for convenience stores and supermarkets, as well as medical petri dishes. These products are produced in cleanrooms outfitted with automated equipment. We can manufacture thin-walled, lightweight products with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.45 mm to 0.80 mm, contributing to resource conservation.
We also handle decorative in-mold labeling (IML) molding, which has been very well received for its high aesthetic and visual appeal.
