The production of ultra-thin-walled plastic products for the food industry and medical sites requires strict hygiene management. We provide high aesthetic appeal and added value through in-mold labeling (IML) for products for food use, while consistently delivering reliable, high-quality products for medical use.

Environmental Materials (MIRAIWOOD®)
MIRAIWOOD® is a wood-based biomass molding material that reduces petroleum content by over 70%. It is created by upcycling plant-based pre-consumer materials (surplus wood dust and plant materials generated by various industries) and can be injection molded using molds, just like plastic. We offer one-stop services ranging from prototyping to contract production using biomass materials. We can adapt molds to accommodate both plastic and biomass materials and can also perform prototyping using existing equipment, so please feel free to consult with us.
